May self compassion gratitude and movement in nature
Aline and I are so excited for the next three seasonal weekends of self-compassion and gratitude in nature. We will be journalling, dancing and connecting with nature. This is a perfect opportunity for self-development and an opportunity to create some space and nourishment for your body, mind and soul. This event is perfect for people who already attended the October weekend and also suitable for people who are new! The days start at 10am (9.30am for coffee) and finish at 4pm. Bring lunch.
