How to refund to a customer

You can refund a customer's order by clicking on My Reports in your user menu then going to the Manage Refunds button.

Refunds will be processed to customers for the full order amount - Ticket + Booking Fee if applicable. The TicketEase application fee will not be refunded to you, the organiser. If a customer has ordered more than one ticket, refunds for individual tickets cannot be processed.
