▪What? A networking event based around fitness. To meet people, share ideas and thoughts to enable us to grow as people, as businesses and as social media platforms.
▪Who? Anyone. Literally anyone who has a passion they wanna share, doesn't even have to be fitness related such as photographers, videographers etc. A great opportunity to create and share content.
▪Why? We believe that networking is a key element to become successful, sometimes knowing the right person is all you need. Its also about empowering the community and giving people the confidence.

Itinerary

​12:00 - 12:30 - Meet up at the gym, small talk, meet and greet

12:30 - 13:00 - Brief and motivational talk

13:00 - 16:00 - Workout and content creation

16:00 - 16:30 - Group photoshoots

16:30 - 17:00 - Shower, freshen up etc.

17:00 - 19:00 -  (The best part) FOOD - Grilled Lamb, grilled chicken, chicken wraps, veggie wraps, Chicken & mushroom pasta and drinks!!!

19:00 - 00:00 - For anyone that wants to hang around some more we have a VIP room booked for shisha to just relax and talk with a great positive atmosphere.
