Wild Voice is the first UK Festival dedicated to 'Singing'.

Pre-Event Information: 

WHAT TO BRING: 

Casual, comfortable clothes suitable for wet/dry, plenty of layers for the evenings 

Waterproof coat, jacket, walking boots/trainers/wellies 

Warm clothing for the campfire/in the evenings 

Blanket and warm nightwear & socks (slippers if you so wish!

Sunscreen and hat

Swimming costume/old lightweight clothing (paddle-boarding

Camp chair (optional but great for sitting around the fire)

Ear plugs 

Sleeping bag and bedding

Tent 

Towel 

Torch 

Refillable water bottle

Yoga Mat 

Any medication you may need

Festival Site Rules 

Alcohol will be available to purchase at the Wild Voice bar. It is imperative that you do not bring your own as we have a license agreement with Kelmarsh.

No camping kitchens/stoves other than a single gas ring - Kelmarsh do not allow campers to cook on open fire. 

No camp fires by your tent - there will be a main festival one for you to enjoy 

Please inform security if you need to leave the Festival site at any time

You must wear your wristbands at all time

What to do when you arrive: 

On arrival, please follow the event signs which will take you to the event site. You will then be directed by the Wild Voice team who will advise you on where to park your car and where to pitch your tent. 

If you have limited mobility, then please communicate this with the Wild Voice Team who will then help you accordingly. 

If you\re in a campervan, you can pitch up next to tents. Caravans will be in a separate area. If you are clamping in the Bell Tents you will be directed to the Bell Tent reception tent. 

On arrival you will also receive a wristband and a what’s on guide. 

There will be security on site throughout the festival, but you are ultimately responsible for your own personal belongings. 

Booking activities procedure:

When you arrive you will be able to book onto activites by adding your name to the most suitable timeslot availble. 

When leaving the site;

Plese make sure you leave the site with all of your belongings and waste.

Festival location and timings 

 

What is the full address of the festival? 

The festival is being held in the grounds of Kelmarsh Hall and Gardens. 

 

Kelmarsh, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN6 9LY 

 

What time does the festival start? 

 

You are welcome to come and set up for the weekend from 1300 on the Friday 31st May. 

 

The festival will begin with an opening ceremony between 1800-1900

 

What time does the festival finish? 

 

We will finish with a closing ceremony at 1800 on the Sunday evening, 2nd June. 

 

Where can I park? 

Parking for all cars will be next to the main festival site, but please note this may be a short walk from your car to the camping area, be prepared to be able to carry all your belongings/tent. 

 

Follow the relevant signs on arrival to Kelmarsh Hall.

 

CAMPING AND SANITARY 

Do I have to bring my own tent? 

Yes, unless you’re paying extra for the glamping experience, in which case you will be staying in a bell tent that is already pitched  (please note that the glamping in a bell tent experience comes at an extra cost when paying for your festival ticket). 

 

Can I bring a campervan / caravan? 


You are welcome to bring a campervan/ caravan and will be in a designated area. Please follow instructions on the day as to where to pitch up. 

 

Can campervans and tents camp together? 

Yes. 

 

Can caravans and tents camp together? 

No. 

 

Can caravans and campervan camp together?

Yes.

 

Can I bring my own cooking facilities? 

No. Food is available on-site. But you are welcome to bring a basic single camping stove and snacks and basic supplies. Kelmarsh have advised us that no open flame cooking is allowed in the camping area. 

 

Can I bring a gazebo or event shelter? 

No. Gazebo’s or event shelters are not allowed. But Campervan awnings are fine to bring. 

 

Will there be showers and toilets? 


The whole site will be serviced with site toilets and some showers.

 

Am I allowed a fire by my tent? 

No, due to the current dry land at Kelmarsh strictly no fires in the camping area are allowed. There will be a main festival campfire for all to enjoy. 

 

I am glamping in a bell tent But my friend is bringing their own tent, can we camp together? 

No, unfortunately not. The glamping bell tents will be in a separate designated area. 

 

Will the campsite be lit? 

There will be minimal lighting at night, we recommend you bring a camping light/torch. 

 

TICKETS 

I bought a ticket, but can now no longer attend, can I have a refund? 

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund but we invite you to gift your ticket to someone you know or sell it on. 

 

When will I receive my ticket/s? 

You will receive an e-ticket on booking with a barcode, please bring this with you and show on entry.

 

What does the festival ticket include? 

Your ticket entitles you to entrance to the festival, a space to camp and gives you access to all the workshops, activities, experiences, performances that on offer. 

 


No food or drinks are included in the ticket price. Merchandise and stall holders will be present so you may wish to bring spending money also for therapies such as massages. 

 

 

FOOD AND DRINK 

What food and drink is available at the festival? 

Food and drink will be available to buy during the festival from the Wild Voice Cafe, lovingly prepared by our Wild Voice Foodie team. There will also be vegan provider, a pizza oven on the Friday, a BBQ on the Saturday and a coffee cart serving hot fresh coffee throughout the weekend & a gallones ice cream van!

 

Alcohol will be available to purchase from the Wild Voice bar/s. 

 

How do I pay for food and drink during the festival? 

Cash and card 

 

I have dietary requirements, will there be food there suitable for me? 

 

Some dietary requirements may be catered for but please note if you have a severe allergy, then we do recommend you bring your own supplies such as your own loaf of bread which you can then hand to the catering team who will endeavour to prepare you something. 

 

Can I bring my own alcohol? 

UNFORTUNATELY NOT. ONLY ALCOHOL PURCHASED ON-SITE CAN BE CONSUMED. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE EVENT AS IT WILL BE CONFISCATED BY SECURITY.

Can I bring my pet? 

Unfortunately, we have a no animals allowed policy. 

 

Are children allowed?

Please note this is an adult festival focused on singing, well being and nature. However, if you feel your child is of an age to appreciate that then you may bring them .
