Timings

Arrival 7pm-7:30pm for drinks reception (please arrive by 7:30 at the latest)

Sit down 3 course-meal at 8.00pm

Disco starts and photobooth opens around 9:00 - 9:30pm

Last orders are at 11.30pm

Carriages at midnight please - do note that cars can be left at the venue overnight (at the owner's risk), but will need to be collected by midday the day after the party. Taxis should be pre-booked, which can be done through the venue in advance.

Please make sure that you are aware of the following terms.

Tickets are available to all University students. Ticket numbers are limited and tickets will made available on a first come, first served basis. In the event that the University is held liable for any damage caused at the venue during the event, the University will seek to recover any payment it has to make from the responsible party/parties.

Covid-19: The venue requests that those attending the event take a Lateral Flow Test before attending. In the event that the test is positive, or that you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms (in line with government guidance), please do not attend the event. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, although we will endeavour to accommodate cancellations if sufficient notice is provided. If the event is cancelled due to government regulations preventing it from going ahead, the venue has agreed to refund all tickets.
