Event Details

"Inside Outside" is a Walking Meditation & Nature Immersion at Conic Hill, Balmaha - facilitated by Lynn Paterson and Caireen Todd.

We will be physically journeying through a guided visualisation - "Meeting your Muse" - but instead of seated indoors in a chair, we will be out in the landscape which reflects the landscape of the inner guided visualisation.
The Muse may be Creative, Spiritual - an Archetypal figure, Angel or Guide.

We will walk up the Conic Hill, and at each change in landscape/element we will stop to carry out a deeper Nature Immersion, spending time to connect with a Tree or Water Elemental, or the land itself, for example.

You are welcome to photograph or journal as you go - and we can alsoexplore the mirror photography that we have been doing where you can often see faces, Beings or portals.

Conic Hill is also on the Highland Boundary Fault Line - and with that carries a Ley or Dragon energy that can also be explored.

We anticipate each participant will have an individual experience as the result between the Inner and Outer worlds in this walking meditation.
