Event Details

The Wheel of the Year is turning  - please join me for a celebration of the beautiful season of Spring.

We will explore the seasonal changes occurring around us in the natural world, and how this has shaped the lives of our ancestors. The seasons impact how we look, feel and act. We will discover ways in which we can live more aligned with the ebb and flow of the year to allow for an easier transition into Spring and beyond.

Spring is a time for hope and new growth – the perfect time to begin new projects and put in to motion your hopes and dreams. The energy of new life unfurling around us is also present within us, the days are becoming longer and we are feeling a greater desire to get outside!

The workshop is an opportunity to slow down and connect with nature, to tune in to the energies of Spring and benefit from the healing properties of the natural world. Activities include mindfulness, movement and creativity, with takeaway tools to adopt in your daily life. I hope to inspire you to get outdoors and connect to the natural world in your own way, whatever the weather!

Everyone welcome, reduced rates for non paid carers, and 1 free place available for those on no or very low income. Get in touch for more details.
