Event Details

In 1888, several women were murdered in Whitechapel, London. Mystery still surrounds these gruesome events, and more so the identity of Jack the Ripper.

Local historian Mike Covell now returns to Hotham’s Distillery to shed light on some of the startling theories  - and to reveal the links between the key suspects and the city of Hull. Could the Ripper have been a resident of Hull?  Join us for an evening of gin and mystery and find out.

Meet us at the gates of the historic Hepworth's Arcade and make your way to our Distillery where you'll be greeted with a Hotham's Gin & Tonic.

As night falls on the deserted Arcade, you'll hear all Jack the Ripper from one of the leading experts, Mike Covell.

The evening lasts for 2 hours, and you'll be served two drinks made with Hotham's Gin (soft drinks are available).

Tickets, limited to 20 places, are £20 and are available now in our shop or on our here on our website.
