A Scottish Evening with an Indian Touch
A fusion evening of singing, dancing, music and food - both Indian and Scottish. Is it Ceilidh or Bollywood? Maybe Ceiliwood. Is it Haggis or Pakora? Maybe Haggis Pakora. There is no surprise. You will find out soon. So pack your dancing shoes or just wear them and come along.

Please select your choice of starter, main and dessert and email your individual selections to naveenmathew@outlook.com as soon as possible.
Starters (2 Options):
Creamy Neeps and Parsnip Soup ( potato, swede, parsnip, onion cream blended soup)
(OR)
Scots Broth Soup ( Wholesome mixed root veg soup and barley in meat stock)
Vegetable Samosas and Vegetable Spring Rolls will be available as extras.
Mains (3 Options):
Scotch Egg Lorne Sausage Pie (Scottish sausage meat pie with boiled egg rolled in a pastry)

Haggis and Mince Lamb Lasagne ( Lasagne layers of mince and haggis topped with creamy sauce)
(OR)
Neeps butternut squash pie (Sweet potato, butternut squash, carrots, swede with pastry)
All the mains come with winter vegetables, potatoes and gravy
Desserts (3 Options):
Apple and Oat Crumble with creamy custard

Butter Scotch Tart with whipped cream
(OR)
Scottish pancakes raspberry coulis and cream
Additionally there will be selection of Scottish Sweet favourites - home made short bread, scottish macaroons and Scottish Tablet (not stone or pill or the ipad)
Tickets
Two types of tickets are available - Event only and Event with Whiskey tasting. The ticket price is to cover the cost of the venue, food and other arrangements. Tickets are non-refundable as funds would be used for the arrangements. Once booked and if you are unable to make it, the tickets could be assigned to others however please discuss with Naveen/Tony H/Nigel L before doing so.

Or dance or have special talent or skill and would be happy to share/showcase at the event? You are very welcome. We would like to hear from you. I can assure you we will hit the Golden Buzzer.
Would You Be Happy To Volunteer?
We need volunteers for help with table arrangements, decorations etc. Please let us know if you are happy to do so.
Note
The venue offers a paid bar and will be manned by the venue management. The terms of booking means that all drinks should be bought from the bar. A limited amount of Scottish beers would be available to purchase.
Due to various practical constraints, we are unable to invite anyone under the age of 18. Thus this event is for grown up's only.
The event closes at 12 am and we need to vacate the facility as soon as possible after this time.
