Mindfulness For Wellbeing
Start 2020 with mindfulness and self-care! Banish stress and anxiety from the new year.
If you’ve been meaning to try mindfulness but haven’t got round to it yet, here’s your chance - six sessions with a focus on wellbeing.
We will be working with everyday stress, anxious emotions and feeling safe, physical and emotional pain, sleeping better, self-compassion and self-love.
The sessions will be held on Thursdays 6-7pm in Kenfig Hill, starting on 23rd January. £30 for the six weeks; places are limited!
